Doesn't seem to work in Windows 10 (32-bit Enterprise), it worked in Win 8.1 before upgrade and works for the moment in another computer using Win 8.1. Tried uninstall / download latest driver. Seems they are aware of the problem http://community.silabs.com/t5/Interface/CP210x-USB-to-UART-Bridge-driver-for-Windows-10/td-p/146192

I can confirm, the SILabs CP210x driver definitely does not work in Windows 10. I'm an embedded systems developer using this chip as the serial console for our SBC, and Windows 10 definitely does not recognize the device.
Crying shame really. We just switched to the SILabs solution *because* it worked in Windows 8.
